Keepin' Them Coyotes Away

Wolves howl for many reasons, one being protecting the pack's territory. Of course, if it's just coyotes, the wolves would either ignore them or kill them, but another pack of wolves is a danger to the wolves' resources and pups.

Kailani is great at doing just that. In all six years of her life, no wolf or coyote has managed to hop the fence and get into her enclosure XD
It was pretty hot out during the watermelon party, but the wolves were willing to put on a show for the later Howl Night presentation

Kailani is currently the only and, therefore, highest-ranking (alpha) female in Wolf Park's Main Pack.
