Barney

Let's talk about Barney.  Let's talk about this purple dinosaur.

Look, you can make fun of him all you want, but he's a big ol' theropod.  He's a predator, a carnivore, a "terrible lizard".  And what does he do?  He teaches kids how to be good people.  Instead of biting your head off, he asks for a hug.  Instead of tearing into a Baby Bop, he chomps down on rutabaga and sandwiches made of pumpernickel bread.  He knows that vegetables are good for humans, so encourages his friends to eat them.

Barney's such a good dinosaur.
